FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Products

What kind of devices do you sell?

We sell compact retro handheld devices and accessories, with the R36S handheld console as the main focus. Depending on the model, features may include IPS displays, analog sticks, USB-C charging, wireless connectivity, TV output, or expandable storage. Always check the product page for the exact model you are ordering.

Is the standard R36S handheld console Wi-Fi enabled?

The standard R36S handheld console is generally treated as an offline handheld. Some related models may include wireless features, but the standard R36S should not be purchased for built-in Wi-Fi unless the exact product option clearly states it.

Can the R36S connect to a TV?

TV output depends on the model. Do not assume every R36S-family handheld supports HDMI or AV output. If TV play is important, choose a model where that feature is stated on the product page.

Are game files included?

Use game files and BIOS files that you legally own. Storage contents, firmware, and menu layouts can vary by option and supplier batch. We do not advertise copyrighted game libraries as licensed inclusions.

What is checked before dispatch?

We check practical function points such as boot, display, controls, charging behavior, storage recognition, and basic menu navigation. See the R36S quality check guide for more detail.

Orders and Support

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on destination, carrier, and customs processing. Tracking is provided when available. Review the shipping policy for current details before ordering.

What is your return policy?

We currently offer a 14-day return window after delivery for eligible unused items with original packaging and proof of purchase. Review the refund policy for complete terms.

How do I get help with my order?

Email support@r36sultra.com with your order number and a short description. For device issues, include photos of the front, rear label, and SD card slots, plus a short video if possible.

Do I need to do setup before first use?

Charge the device first, review the basic controls, and shut it down through the software menu before removing a card. If you plan to change firmware or storage, back up your card before experimenting.
