Frequently Asked Questions
Products & research
Do you sell these consoles?
No. R36sultra.com is an affiliate-supported research and comparison site operated by Revoba LLC. We do not sell, stock, pack or ship anything. Every “Check Price on Amazon” button opens the live Amazon listing, where the order is placed with Amazon or the third-party seller shown on that listing.
How do you research the handhelds listed here?
We compare marketplace listings, published specifications, firmware documentation and clearly attributed user reports. Unless a page names a specific unit and test method, notes are not a hands-on test of every unit or seller batch. See our research and affiliate policy.
Is the standard R36S Wi-Fi enabled?
The standard R36S is generally an offline handheld. Some related models add wireless features, so only buy for Wi-Fi when the exact Amazon listing clearly states it. Our R36 Ultra specs page explains which features vary by batch.
Can R36-family handhelds connect to a TV?
It depends on the model. Do not assume every R36S-family handheld supports HDMI or AV output. If TV play matters, choose a listing that states the feature and check recent buyer photos.
Are game files included?
Use game and BIOS files that you legally own. Storage contents, firmware and menus vary by listing and supplier batch, and we do not present copyrighted game files as licensed inclusions.
What should I check before buying?
Compare screen size and resolution, battery capacity, storage setup (single or dual card), stick layout and the seller’s rating on the live listing. Our quality check guide walks through what to look for in listing photos and reviews.
Orders, shipping & returns
How long does shipping take?
Delivery estimates, carrier and tracking are shown on the Amazon listing before checkout and depend on the seller and your address. We have no access to your order. See our shipping page.
What is the return policy?
Returns, refunds and replacements follow Amazon’s return policy for the listing you bought. Start them from Your Orders on Amazon. See our refund page for details.
Who do I contact about an order?
Amazon or the listing’s seller: open Your Orders on Amazon and choose Get Help. We cannot see, change or refund orders. For setup and troubleshooting questions, our troubleshooting guide covers the most common issues.
Do I need to do setup before first use?
Charge the device first, learn the basic controls and shut it down through the software menu before removing a card. If you plan to change firmware or storage, back up your card before experimenting. The setup guide has step-by-step instructions.
