Terms of Service

Welcome to R36 Ultra. These Terms of Service apply when you access our website, use our content, or contact us. R36sultra.com does not process orders or payments — all purchases are completed directly on Amazon.com.

Site Role

R36 Ultra is an independent information and comparison site for the R36 Ultra handheld console and related retro handheld accessories. We provide product research, comparisons, and setup guidance, and link to Amazon.com where purchases are completed. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. We do not present the site as the only official source for R36-family hardware.

Product Information

We work to keep product information, pricing, availability, and images accurate. Product batches may vary in shell, board, label, storage, firmware, or packaging details. Feature claims apply only to the specific product and option shown on the product page.

Game Files and Software

Customers are responsible for using game files, BIOS files, and software in accordance with applicable law and licenses. We do not grant rights to third-party copyrighted content.
