Refund Policy

R36 Ultra is an Affiliate-supported buying guide and comparison site. We do not sell products directly, take payment, or ship anything ourselves. Every “View on Amazon” link on this site takes you to complete your purchase on Amazon.com, from Amazon or one of its third-party sellers.

Your purchase is covered by Amazon’s return policy

Because your order, payment, and delivery are all handled by Amazon, any return, refund, replacement, or damage claim is covered by Amazon’s own return and refund policy — not by us. This gives you Amazon’s standard buyer protections, which are usually more comprehensive than a small independent seller could offer.

How to request a return or refund

1. Go to Amazon.com → Your Orders and find the item.
2. Select Return or Replace Items and follow Amazon’s prompts.
3. For most electronics, Amazon offers a 30-day return window (subject to Amazon’s current policy and the specific seller’s terms — always check the listing before buying).

If your device arrives faulty

Contact the seller or Amazon customer service directly through your order page with photos or a short video of the issue. We’re also happy to help you figure out whether a problem is likely setup-related, storage-related, charging-related, or a genuine hardware fault — email us at sales@revoba.net and we’ll point you in the right direction, though we cannot process the return itself.

Why we work this way

Buying through Amazon means your payment, shipping, tracking, and returns are all backed by Amazon’s buyer protection — rather than trusting a small niche site with your payment details. We focus on what we’re good at: honest comparisons, setup guides, and helping you pick the right model.
